FAQ

Every TeeTales piece is 100% made to order. Each t-shirt, long sleeve, hoodie, sweatshirt and baby bodysuit is printed for you after you place your order, not taken from warehouse stock. This lets us avoid overproduction and cut textile waste.

You can pay by credit or debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay or PayPal. You can also choose to buy now and pay later with Klarna, Afterpay or Affirm. Apple Pay and Google Pay appear on supported devices and browsers. Klarna, Afterpay and Affirm appear at checkout when they are available for your order amount and country. Prices are in US dollars (USD). Payments go through secure payment gateways, and we never store your full card details on our servers.

Because every item is made to order, orders can’t be cancelled or changed once they’re placed. Please double-check your size, color and shipping address before checking out.

We use your order information (name, addresses, email, phone and payment details) to process payment, ship your order and send you order updates. Your shipping address and order details go to Printify, our print-on-demand fulfillment partner, only so they can print and ship your products. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information.

We ship within the United States (including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and U.S. territories), and internationally to Australia, Canada and other countries around the world.

Each item is printed just for you after you order, so it is made before it ships. Production usually takes 2–7 business days. It can take a little longer during holidays and other busy seasons, for large orders (12 or more items), or if an item needs to be reprinted to pass our quality check. Estimated delivery times after your order ships:

United States: Economy Shipping 4–8 business days, Standard Shipping 2–5 business days. Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and U.S. territories may need an extra 7–12 business days.

International (Australia, Canada and the rest of the world): 10–30 business days.

Business days usually exclude weekends and public holidays. All times are estimates, and weather, holidays, carrier delays or customs can slow things down.

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, the items in your cart and the shipping method you choose. You will see the exact cost, in US dollars, before you pay. Rates follow our print partner’s carrier rates, so they vary by destination and product type.

Ordering more than one? When several items of the same product type (for example two t-shirts) ship together, each extra item usually costs less to ship than the first. Different product types (for example a t-shirt and a hoodie) may each be charged the full rate.

Once your order ships, we will send you shipping information and tracking details when they are available.

International orders may be charged customs duties, import taxes or other fees by the destination country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility unless stated otherwise. TeeTales is not responsible for customs delays.

If your package seems lost in transit, we’ll share the tracking information with you and help you get in touch with the carrier. You can also email us at info@teetales.studio with your order number and we’ll look into it. If your package arrives damaged, please see “What if my item arrives damaged, defective, or wrong?” below.

Please check that your shipping address is correct and complete before you order. We aren’t responsible for delays, extra shipping costs or lost packages caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.

Because every item is made to order just for you, we don’t accept returns or exchanges for the wrong size, the wrong color or a change of mind. If your item arrives defective, misprinted, damaged or you received the wrong item, please see the next question.

We’re sorry if something about your order isn’t right. If your item arrives defective, misprinted or damaged, or you received the wrong item, please email us at info@teetales.studio within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and a clear photo showing the problem. We review every case individually and will work with our print partner to help resolve it.

Our clothing is made for kids:

Kids t-shirts and youth crewneck sweatshirts: XS, S, M, L, XL.

Youth hoodies and youth long sleeve tees: S, M, L, XL.

Baby bodysuits: NB (0–3M), 6M, 12M, 18M, 24M.

Available sizes are listed on each product page.

Youth hoodies have a regular fit that runs true to size.

Youth crewneck sweatshirts have a loose fit.

Kids t-shirts have a classic fit.

Youth long sleeve tees have an athletic fit made for active play.

Since we can’t exchange for size, compare a garment that already fits your child against our size chart before ordering.

Hoodie and crewneck sweatshirt designs are DTG (direct-to-garment) printed on the center chest, with DTF (direct-to-film) wrist prints where applicable. Our hoodies and crewnecks are not embroidered. Kids t-shirts use DTG/DTF printing for vivid, long-lasting color. Long sleeve tees use a direct-to-film printed design.

Because people are involved in printing, the exact print placement can vary slightly from piece to piece. Due to the fabric, white garments may look slightly off-white.

Youth hoodies: 50% cotton / 50% polyester midweight fleece (8.0 oz/yd²; heather colors vary), with a kangaroo pocket and twill necktape. Made in Honduras and meet child safety and compliance requirements.

Kids t-shirts: midweight 100% US cotton (5.3 oz/yd²; heather colors contain polyester), with tear-away labels. The blank tee is OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 certified.

Youth long sleeve tees: lightweight 100% moisture-wicking, quick-drying polyester (3.8 oz/yd²).

Youth crewneck sweatshirts: medium-heavy 50% cotton / 50% polyester (8.0 oz/yd²).

Baby bodysuits: lightweight combed ringspun cotton (solid colors 100% cotton; heathers are cotton-poly blends) with ribbed binding and snap closures. REACH certified, made in India.

Hoodies: machine wash warm (max 40°C / 105°F), tumble dry medium, do not iron, do not dry clean.

Kids t-shirts: machine wash warm (max 40°C / 105°F), non-chlorine bleach only as needed, tumble dry medium, iron on low heat, do not dry clean.

Long sleeve tees: machine wash cold (max 30°C / 90°F), do not bleach, do not tumble dry, do not iron, do not dry clean.

Crewneck sweatshirts: machine wash cold (max 30°C / 90°F), non-chlorine bleach as needed, do not tumble dry, do not iron, do not dry clean.

Baby bodysuits: machine wash cold (max 30°C / 90°F), non-chlorine bleach as needed, tumble dry low, do not iron, do not dry clean.
